 Incoming goods inspection
All incoming materials and components that involve in quality of
products including raw material, standard and special components and
components manufactured in company’s workshops are carefully checked
and inspected according to their specifications.
Q.C. laboratory
Q.C. laboratories include
mechanical- electrical-metallorgical & chemical sections and it is
well equipped with the modern instrument in all the abovementioned
fields the mechanical section of laboratory activities are divided
in to department as follows:
Test and measurement section
This section provides test and measurement services that are
necessary to check the conformity of materials and components with
their predetermined specifications. The tests are performed by variety of
precise equipments according to valid standards such as DIN,VDE,ASTM,AF,SS,ISO and IEC.
Technical department and incoming goods Q.C. division are main users
of this services.
Calibration section
All tools and instruments that involve the product are
identified, coded and periodically
calibrated in this section

Product inspection
All finished products are checked and tested according to IEC or
ANSI standards including mechanical and
electrical routine tests.
Q.C. Engineering division
This section provides engineering services to QC. divisions and
regularly performs production lines audits in order to check the
conformity of in-process inspections with quality plans and documented procedures. |
