Pars Switch Co. supports its customers and products with after sale service department.

After sale service selling of service which has to be offered to the client during Guarantee and Warranty period and after the final acceptance and after expired guarantee time.

In this regard after sales service program consists of the following activities:

Service:
After the final acceptation and expired guarantee time high quality service are offered to the clients.
On site service include, maintenance, inspection and replacements.
 
Repair:
Depending on the type of required repair and the type of size and equipment there are two kinds of repairs:

On site repair
In work shop repair

Troubleshooting and repair are carried out by after sales service team with highly trained and experienced service experts with sufficient and necessary instruments.

Preventative maintenance before the problems is occurred, recommended to keep the equipment with a minimum of downtime.

The mobile repair service provides experts from the after sale service to carry out repair on site and disassemble and dispatched the defective device to factory.

After in workshop repair, routine tests are performed according to related IEC standards and then device is returned to the site.

After sale service experts provide a repair report informing the components that have been replaced in the repair.

 
Customer training:
Pars Switch Co. offers and provides various maintenance and product-training courses and workshops according to specific customer requirements and needs.
These programs can be done at Pars Switch Co. facilities or at customer's sites.

 
Spare Parts:
A complete range of spare parts and accessories are offered to clients.
The recommended spare parts with high availability specifications in our warehouse allow customers to reduce their own warehousing system (also reducing customer's needs for warehousing space) and avoidance of unnecessary costs.
Some of spare parts that we deliver or exchange are under the warranty.
 
Technical support:
Pars Switch Co is ready for supporting the technical needs and information of its customers.

Technical support programs include:
Product modification keeping up to date products.
Telephone support all the time.
Being supported by technical offices in order to analyze and solve the customer problem.

 
Installation:
Pars Switch Co. is ready for giving any services in the field of installation, setting and starting up its products.
